At Suwasam Traders, we are committed to ensuring your orders are delivered promptly, safely, and efficiently. Please review our shipping and delivery terms below.
1. Order Processing
- Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed before 3:00 PM on a business day are usually shipped the same day (subject to confirmation).
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM, on Sundays, or on public holidays will be shipped on the next working day.
- During peak seasons (festivals, sales, or public holidays), order processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Method
We currently ship orders via Surface By Road through trusted courier partners.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment online.
4. Delivery Time
Delivery times may vary depending on your location:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Other Locations: 5–8 business days
- Remote/Rural Areas: May require additional days
5. Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete at the time of order. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays or failed deliveries.
6. Delivery Attempts
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier partner will attempt delivery again. If the order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, reshipping charges may apply.
7. Delivery Exceptions
Delivery delays may occur due to:
- Natural disasters
- Extreme weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Unforeseen logistical issues
We will inform you in case of significant delays.
We do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses.
8. Damaged Packages
If you receive a package that is damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it. Contact our customer support team immediately so we can resolve the issue.
